First Aid Training

• Basic First Aid Techniques: Learn how to assess and manage common medical emergencies such as cuts, burns, fractures, and allergic reactions.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Gain hands-on experience in performing CPR on adults, children, and infants, including the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
• Choking Management: Acquire skills in recognizing and responding to choking emergencies in individuals of all ages.
• Bleeding Control: Understand techniques for controlling bleeding and applying bandages and dressings to wounds effectively.
• Emergency Response Planning: Develop strategies for creating emergency response plans and coordinating with emergency medical services (EMS) during crises.
• Legal and Ethical Considerations: Explore the legal and ethical responsibilities associated with providing first aid assistance and maintaining patient confidentiality.

 Our training sessions are led by experienced instructors who are certified in first aid instruction and have real-world experience in emergency medical response. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on practice sessions, scenario-based simulations, and interactive discussions to reinforce learning and build confidence.
